Terms of Service

Welcome to FontDost. By accessing https://www.fontdost.com(the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The terms are deliberately plain-language — free tools shouldn't need a law degree.

1. The service

FontDost provides free, browser-based utilities for content creators: text and font generators, templates, calculators, converters and reference guides. All tools run client-side on your device. No account is required, and no fees are charged.

2. Your content and outputs

You keep all rights to the text you input and the outputs you generate (styled text, images, QR codes, passwords, palettes). You may use outputs for any purpose, including commercial use. Devanagari fonts featured in the Hindi Font Generator are open-source Google Fonts distributed under the SIL Open Font License; PNG images you render with them may be used freely.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes others' rights;
  • deceive or impersonate (for example, QR codes pointing to phishing pages, or invisible characters used to evade platform moderation);
  • spam, harass or flood platforms or individuals (including with the text repeater);
  • scrape, overload or interfere with the Service's operation, or republish the Service wholesale as your own.

4. Estimates are estimates

Calculator tools (engagement rate, YouTube earnings, Instagram sponsorship rates and similar) provide illustrative estimates based on public benchmarks and formulas. They are not financial advice, income guarantees or professional valuations. Real-world results vary substantially. Do not make financial decisions based solely on these tools.

5. Intellectual property

The Service's design, branding, original content and code are owned by FontDost or its licensors. Third-party trademarks (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X and others) belong to their respective owners; FontDost is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs (including passwords and QR codes) are fit for any particular purpose. Verify critical outputs before relying on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FontDost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost profits, lost data, account suspensions on third-party platforms, or decisions made based on calculator estimates. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred Indian rupees (₹100), which reflects that the Service is provided free of charge.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms or discontinue any tool at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
